Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

Afribary Enterprise subscriptions are billed in advance. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time. However, please note:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods
  • You will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, which we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service was not as described at the time of purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Setup fees or one-time configuration charges
  • Additional storage charges that have been consumed
  • Custom development or integration work
